Job summary

Premium Oilfield Technologies is seeking an Equipment Planner in Midland, TX. You will coordinate equipment loadouts, schedule inspections and repairs, and balance shop capacity to meet customer demand.

You’ll track equipment through repair, testing, and shipment while collaborating with Operations, Sales, Inventory, Shipping, and Shop teams. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in equipment planning, logistics, oilfield operations, or repair coordination preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of oilfield rental equipment is a plus.

As an Equipment Planner, you’ll be the connection between Operations, the Repair Shop, Inventory, Shipping, and our customers—ensuring equipment is available, repaired, tested, and delivered on time.
