Job summary

Walbec Group is seeking a Parts & Inventory Support professional in Madison, WI to maintain accurate parts inventory, process orders, and coordinate with vendors. You will also assist in work orders, PM planning, and ensure documentation is complete.

The role requires strong Excel skills, data management experience, and the ability to operate in both office and shop environments. E360 familiarity is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate parts inventory through stocking, labeling, and organization.
• Order routine parts and consumables, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with vendors.
• Receive shipments, verify accuracy, and ensure proper documentation.
• Build and maintain PM parts kits with required components.
• Process parts returns, warranty claims, and core exchanges.
• Assist in generating, updating, and closing work orders accurately and on time.
• Ensure parts usage and labor are captured within work orders.
• Track repair requests and prioritize based on urgency and impact.
• Support PM planning by maintaining schedules aligned with equipment usage and shop capacity.
• Enter and maintain equipment data in E360, update meters, and support lifecycle tracking.
• Scan, upload, and organize documents for complete records; code maintenance invoices for approval.
• Generate basic reports on parts usage, maintenance activity, and costs.
• Collaborate with Shop Supervisor, Service Manager, and Parts leadership; serve as primary contact for parts and maintenance documentation.
