Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with accounting and production teams and coordinate with other departments as assigned.
• Understand the full scope of the organization and execute with or without supervision.
• Communicate professionally with personnel, customers, and vendors.
• Operate computer systems, accounting software, and Microsoft Office suite.
• Understand coding systems, account numbers, and other numbering sequences.
• Analyze, research and purchase material, parts and equipment for production.
• Issue purchase orders to vendors.
• Receive purchase orders into the accounting software system.
• Coordinate and assist with logistics both internationally and domestically.
• Oversee and assist with purchases made by others.
• Answer multi-line phone system and route calls to appropriate parties.
