Job summary

Lofton Staffing Services in Broussard, LA is seeking a dependable Procurement / Material Handling Specialist to support daily shop and inventory operations at a busy industrial facility.

You will load and unload trucks with a forklift and overhead crane, move tools and equipment, and track bar stock and inventory while following QA and HSE procedures to ensure safe operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Forklift and overhead crane experience.
• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work safely in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous warehouse, shop, material handling, shipping/receiving, or industrial experience preferred
• Forklift and overhead crane experience
• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work safely in a team-oriented environment
