DO & CO in Romulus is seeking an Equipment Packer to receive, store and assemble airline equipment and supplies, ensuring precise packing for every flight.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store and assemble equipment and supplies per airline specs.
• Ensure correct quantity of equipment and beverages packed for each flight.
• Document stock received and replenishments.
• Conduct inventory of assigned areas.
• Inspect chinaware, silverware, plastic ware and all equipment daily.
• Comply with hygiene, quality and safety standards.
• Prepare paperwork for equipment and beverage packing per guidelines.
• Adhere to Food Safety regulations and report issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store and assemble equipment and supplies according to airline specification
• Ensure exact number of Equipment and Beverage is always accurately packed and ready for each flight.
• Ensure all stocks received and replenishments are documented properly.
• Conduct inventory of assigned areas as needed.
• Inspect all chinaware, silverware, plastic ware and all equipment used on a daily basis and verify each flight before trolleys are sealed.
• Comply with hygiene, quality and safety standards always.
• Prepare correct paperwork for the Equipment and Beverage packing according to company guidelines.
• Accomplish goals and objectives while adhering to Food Safety regulations.
• Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the food safety management system handbook.
• Report problems with the food safety management system to their manager and the hygiene and food safety team.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
