Job summary

DO & CO group in Des Plaines, IL is seeking an Equipment Packer to receive, store and assemble equipment and supplies for flights. You will ensure accurate packing, inventory control and compliance with food safety standards.

Responsibilities include daily equipment inspection, packing paperwork, and adhering to hygiene and safety guidelines while contributing to efficient flight operations.

Qualifications

• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
• Keep products separated, organized, and in good rotation.
• Follow all company guidelines regarding packaging.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store and assemble equipment and supplies according to airline specifications.
• Ensure exact numbers of equipment and beverages are accurately packed and ready for each flight; document stock received and replenishments.
• Conduct inventory of assigned areas as needed.
• Inspect chinaware, silverware, plastic ware and all equipment daily; verify each flight before sealing; comply with hygiene, quality and safety standards; prepare packing paperwork according to guidelines.
• Accomplish goals and objectives while adhering to Food Safety regulations; comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the handbook.
• Report problems with the food safety management system to the manager and the hygiene and food safety team; perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Receive,storeand assemble equipment and supplies according to airline specifications
• Ensureexactnumber of Equipment and Beverageis accuratelypacked and ready for each flight at all times. Ensure all stocks received and replenishments are documented properly
• Conduct inventory of assignedareaas needed.
• Inspect all chinaware, silverware,plastic wareand all equipment usedon a daily basisand verify each flight before trolleys are sealed. Comply with hygiene,qualityand safety standardsat all times. Prepare correct paperwork for the Equipment and Beverage packing according to company guidelines
• Accomplish goals andobjectiveswhile adhering to Food Safety regulations.Comply withall food safety and hygiene regulations asstatedin the food safety management system handbook
• Report problems with the food safety management system to their manager and the hygiene and food safety team. Perform other duties andresponsibilities asassigned by management.
