Job summary

DO & CO AG in Des Plaines, IL is seeking an Equipment Packer to receive, store and assemble equipment for flights, ensuring correct quantities and flight readiness.

You will inspect chinaware, silverware, maintain hygiene and safety, document replenishments, and support food safety standards; competitive pay and benefits included.

Qualifications

• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
• Keep products separated, organized, and in good rotation
• Follow all company guidelines regarding packaging.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store and assemble equipment and supplies according to airline specifications
• Ensure exact number of Equipment and Beverage is accurately packed and ready for each flight at all times. Ensure all stocks received and replenishments are documented properly
• Conduct inventory of assigned area as needed.
• Inspect all chinaware, silverware, plastic ware and all equipment used on a daily basis and verify each flight before trolleys are sealed. Comply with hygiene, quality and safety standards at all times. Prepare correct paperwork for the Equipment and Beverage packing according to company guidelines
• Accomplish goals and objectives while adhering to Food Safety regulations. Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the food safety management system handbook
• Report problems with the food safety management system to their manager and the hygiene and food safety team. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
