Job summary

Teasdale Foods, Inc. is seeking Equipment Operators for the 3rd shift in Hoopeston, IL to safely operate plant equipment and support production goals.

Positions available at Levels I–III with corresponding hourly pay bands. Training shifts run 12 hours on weekdays, with subsequent 8-hour shifts upon implementation. This role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate designated machinery and equipment within the manufacturing plant according to standard operating procedures.

• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
• Conduct visual inspections of equipment to identify potential issues or defects.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials onto machines.
• Meet production quotas and quality standards consistently.

EQUIPMENT OPERATORS - 3RD SHIFT - HOOPESTON, IL

• Levels = I, II, and III are available
• Hourly pay rate - I = $19.35 - $19.70, II = $21.25 - $21.60, and III = $25.20 -$25.55
• Training: 12-hour training shifts run Monday through Friday, from 7 am to 7 pm and 7 pm to 7 am until the 8-hour shift is implemented, at which time the 8-hour shifts you listed will apply.
