Job summary

ENSTRUCTURE LLC in Memphis, TN seeks an Equipment Operator to safely move bulk material, load trucks, and operate heavy equipment in a demanding warehouse setting. The role requires 3+ years of heavy equipment experience (front-end loader, excavator, dozer, trackhoe), a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.

Weekend, holiday, and evening shifts are required. You will complete daily paperwork, perform pre-trip inspections, follow safety policies, and support other staff as needed

Qualifications

• 3+ years of heavy equipment experience with front-end loader, excavator, dozer, trackhoe.
• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation required.
• Minimum 1–3 years’ experience operating heavy equipment including: front-end loader, bulldozer, excavator, and heavy forklift.
• Ability to safely lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to work varied hours including weekends, holidays, evenings, and/or overnight shifts required.

Responsibilities

• Move bulk material and cargo with heavy equipment.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Heavy Equipment Operator is responsible for the safe, efficient, environmentally responsible handling of material and operation of equipment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES

Move bulk material and cargo, and/or load trucks, with heavy equipment

Complete daily paperwork, including daily equipment checklist

Operate all equipment safely and efficiently, complete daily pre-trip inspection.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is required to stand; walk; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to walk with alternate standing. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is subject to a dry, sometimes dusty warehouse environment . The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
