Job summary

Team Fishel is hiring Equipment Operators for our Rochester, PA based operation supporting projects across the greater Pittsburgh area. Equipment Operators are critical to completing projects safely, on-time, and to the customer’s specifications for quality.

Starting pay ranges from $24 to $32 per hour, commensurate with skills and experience. Department aims include safety training, competitive pay, health insurance, a 401k, and a company profit-sharing plan.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely operate trenchers, backhoes, excavators, skid steers, and front end loaders.
• Meet all DOT requirements (physical and drug testing)
• Ability to communicate with Teammates
• Willingness to work and follow directions
• Has thorough working knowledge of utility construction and installation
• 18 years old with High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Occasional extended travel required (Per Diem paid for all out-of-town projects)
