Job summary

Capital Quarries Company Inc. is seeking an Equipment Operator for our Traveling Stripping Crew in Missouri. The role involves fluctuating hours, up to 10-hour days, with travel from Hermann/Danville MO. You will operate Dozer, Haul Truck, Wheel Loader, and Excavator safely and perform routine maintenance.

This is a full-time position with benefits including health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), life insurance, and short/long-term disability. Weekend travel may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum equipment operating experience on Dozer, Haul Truck, Wheel Loader and Excavator.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical.
• Valid driver's license required.

Currently, this is a traveling position based out of Hermann/Danville MO.JOB DUTIES:Dirt removalRun 40-ton articulated truckOperating equipment in a safe and efficient manner under varying weather conditions, while exposed to dampness, fumes, dust, electrical, mechanical, and traffic hazards.Being knowledgeable in the operation of multiple pieces of industry-related equipment.Routine maintenance on the equipment, including keeping equipment clean and operable.Communicate with the foreman and coworkers about the daily job specifications.Perform general labor duties when necessary.Due to changes and modifications in the job from time to time, employees are required to be flexible and assume other responsibilities assigned by management as deemed necessary.REQUIREMENTS:Equipment experience, including Dozer, Haul Truck, Wheel Loader, ExcavatorMust pass a pre-employment drug screen and physicalValid drivers licenseMust have reliable transportationWeekends and travel required, as neededThis is a full-time, benefits-eligible position.
