Miners Underground is seeking an Operator to operate equipment, communicate with the crew, and uphold safety on the jobsite. You will report to the Foreman and contribute to daily planning and execution of tasks in a hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy equipment and following safety procedures.
• Ability to communicate clearly with crew and supervisors.
• Willingness to take ownership of on-site safety and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Setting up safety devices and barriers.
• Loading/unloading equipment and securing loads.
• Performing vehicle/trailer inspections for DOT compliance.
• Stocking materials and supplies.
• Keeping rig and equipment clean and organized.
• Digging with shovel and hydraulic equipment.
• Locating utilities without damaging property.
• Directing laborers and communicating with customers as needed.
