Miners Underground is seeking a laborer to perform manual and physical tasks to support operators in daily goals. Responsibilities include loading/unloading equipment, digging, setting up safety measures, and maintaining a clean, organized site.

You will be expected to learn processes, participate in meetings, and assist as needed to ensure safe, efficient operations. The role emphasizes hands-on work, situational awareness, and team collaboration with opportunities for growth and skills

Qualifications

• Experience performing physical labor and following directions.
• Ability to work in outdoor environments and follow safety protocols.
• Willingness to learn processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload equipment.
• Dig holes with shovel and hand dig around lines.
• Set up safety devices (cones, signs, barricades).
• Spot for Operators and hand signal Operators.
• Grease equipment and maintain a clean, organized work area.
