Job summary

SmallBiz Staffing, LLC is seeking dependable mine equipment operators to support daily mining operations. This role is critical to maintaining safe, efficient production and is ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic and an interest in heavy equipment operation in mining environments.

Responsibilities include safely operating production loaders, haul trucks, and water trucks, keeping a clean work area, following site safety rules, and reporting hazards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass drug screening, physicals, and MSHA 48-hour
• Must be able to pass background check
• Steel toe footwear required

Responsibilities

• Follow all site safety rules, company policies, and procedures
• Monitor work conditions and report hazards, near-misses or incidents
• Support daily site operations as assigned by supervisors
