Pike Industries, Inc., a CRH company, is hiring for an Equipment Operator-Roller-Paving Construction position in West Lebanon, NH. You will operate a roller, run other paving equipment, assist truck drivers, and perform general construction tasks on diverse projects.

Equipment Operator-Roller-Paving Construction

What You Can Expect

• $29.00/hour or more depending on experience, with a $10.00/hour shift differential
• Per Diem and travel time
• Annual increase potential
• OT after 8
• Paid Time Off
• $1,000 Referral Bonuses – unlimited

What You Will Do

• Operate a Roller
• Run other paving equipment
• Perform construction tasks such as shoveling, raking material, assisting truck driver with backing and dumping materials
