Job summary

Pike Industries, Inc., a CRH company, is seeking an Equipment Operator – Screed for paving construction in Vermont. This seasonal role offers hourly pay with a $10 shift differential and benefits such as health coverage, retirement savings, and paid time off.

The work is outdoors on local road projects in Vermont. You will operate the screed on asphalt pavers, maintain and clean equipment, and support the team on outdoor construction sites.

Equipment Operator – Screed- Paving Construction

What you can expect:

• $28.00-$30.00/hour depending on experience, with a $10.00/hour shift differential
• Annual increase potential
• Paid Time Off

What you will do:

• Operate screed (backend of the paver)
• Operate various pieces of equipment
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the machines
• Work outside and learn a new trade
• Help build your local roads
• 80% of health care cost paid by the Company (year round)
