Job summary

Pike Industries, a CRH Company, is hiring an Equipment Operator – Screed for paving construction in Barre, VT. You will operate the screed, run various equipment, perform routine maintenance, and contribute to outdoor road-building projects.

The role offers $28.00–$30.00/hour with a $10.00/hour shift differential, annual increases, PTO, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, disability coverage and a 401K with a 5% company match.

What You Can Expect

• $28.00-$30.00/hour depending on experience, with a $10.00/hour shift differential
