CMC is seeking a motivated manufacturing associate to support our production lines in Charlotte, NC. You will operate equipment, perform routine maintenance, and follow safety procedures to ensure quality outputs.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability to varying tasks, and adherence to GMP-like practices in a heavy-industrial setting. Training and advancement opportunities are offered by CMC.

Formación

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs or more as required.
• Prior experience in recycling or manufacturing environments preferred.
• Experience operating forklift, skid steer, or loader equipment is advantageous.
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential.

What You’ll Do

• Maintains work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follows safety regulations
• Operates production equipment in accordance with established procedures and guidelines

• Any other tasks as assigned by supervisor

What You’ll Need

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Able to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment, with strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Minimum 1 year experience in either recycling and/or manufacturing environment preferred
• Previous experience operating forklift, skid steer, loader or similar equipment
• Prior knowledge of metal identification is a plus

Your Education

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred
