Job summary

WAI Distribution Center is seeking an Order Picker to join our outbound operations team in Mississippi. The role focuses on picking, verifying, packing, and shipping orders to exact specifications using forklifts and RF devices.

Shift is 1st shift, 5:00am–1:30pm. Candidates should be detail‑oriented, able to read SOPs, and work well in a team environment. We offer incentives and opportunities for advancement in a dynamic workplace.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required, plus 2 years’ experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience operating Material Handling Equipment (Forklift, Hand Truck, Pallet Jack, Reach Truck, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, SOPs, and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Pick, verify, pack, and ship orders to meet customer specifications.
• Operate material handling equipment including RF devices and labeling machines.
• Maintain accurate Pallet Manifest documentation and perform quality inspections.
