Job summary

Bgr Inc is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator in Indianapolis to unload trucks, receive and store inventory, pick and stage orders, and load outbound shipments. You will operate forklifts and RF devices, with a focus on safety and accuracy.

Responsibilities include verifying supplier receipts, counting inventory, and maintaining equipment. This role requires attention to detail and basic computer skills; high school diploma preferred.

• Unload and stage inventory from trucks for receiving.
• Verify packing slips and compare to unloaded products.
• Process receipts using RF gun and computer.
• Put away inventory to correct storage locations.
• Pick, pack, and stage shipments for outbound trucks.
• Perform LTL & Parcel shipments via shipping portals.
• Maintain equipment and report malfunctions.
• Support inventory accuracy through audits and cycle counts.

Job description

The Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator is responsible for all warehouse functions including unloading trucks, receiving & putting away inventory, picking & staging orders, and loading outbound trucks in a manner that meets company standards for safety, security, and productivity.
