Job Description

US Sand & Gravel LLC is one of Stephenville's largest producers of construction aggregates and a major producer of aggregate-based construction materials used in ready-mixed concrete. We are currently seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator who prioritizes safety.

Position Details:

• Full-time, Monday through Friday, 6:30 am - 4:30 pm, with occasional Saturdays or Sundays
• Willingness to work overtime and extended hours based on customer and company needs
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and tolerate loud noises
• Must have reliable transportation to our surrounding rock and sand pits
• Pay is based on experience
• Specifically seeking an experienced Front Loader Operator at this time

Primary Duties:

• Operate front loader at our sand pit daily
• Transport aggregates safely and efficiently within the pits or facility
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and basic equipment maintenance
• Maintain knowledge of operating and servicing heavy construction equipment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating heavy construction equipment is a plus
• Strong teamwork and effective communication skills are essential
• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable transportation required
• Bilingual skills are a plus
