Job Details:
This position involves entry-level, non-skilled general labor, maintaining a safe work environment, and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
Applicants will be considered for any forklift-related opening (including Forklift Operator, Picker, Loader, Put Away duties) on any shift (day, evening, or night). Shift details will be determined at the time of offer or after interview based on hiring needs. Overtime and weekend work may be required. Positions may be in departments such as shipping and receiving. Work environments are cold and damp, with temperatures from 28 to 42 degrees. The job is fast-paced and involves repetitive motions. Some roles require lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 40+ lbs., while Material Handling and Receiving positions may require lifting over 70 lbs. Constant standing, walking, and operating powered material handling equipment (forklifts, stand-up lifts) are part of the job. Specialized training for powered industrial trucks is required to be qualified within Tyson Foods. The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Note: You must have at least three months of work history within the last twelve months to be considered. All job offers are contingent upon providing proof of legal authorization to work in the U.S. and passing a urinalysis screening as part of a post-offer health assessment.
Rehire Policy: Rehire candidates will only be considered if their last termination was at least 180 days prior, with a maximum of 2 rehire opportunities at this Tyson facility.
