Job summary

Reworld is seeking an Equipment Operator in our Massachusetts facility to safely process inbound materials and manage a range of industrial equipment. You will weigh, label, and consolidate refuse and assist with site maintenance, under strict safety standards.

The role requires at least 1 year of equipment operation experience and the ability to work rotating shifts; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience operating industrial equipment.
• Ability to work a rotating shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process inbound materials with safe operation of industrial equipment.
• Weigh, unpack, and label containers as needed.
• Safely operate equipment to consolidate dumped refuse on tipping floor.
• Follow good housekeeping practices within facilities and work areas.
• Exterior site maintenance including litter collection, painting, snow removal and ice prevention.
• Provide traffic control for incoming/outgoing traffic.
• Assist facility mechanics with equipment repairs.
• Perform additional duties to ensure safe and efficient facility operations.
