Job summary

ICU Medical is seeking a Production Operator to support start-up, daily manufacturing, and line-maintenance activities in a clean room production environment in Southington, CT.

The role requires basic high school or technical education, strong English communication, ability to read instructions, and adherence to 5S and GMP standards. Travel is minimal, and safety compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Preferred technical certificate.
• Basic computer skills and ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Fluent English communication and basic safety training.

Responsibilities

• Perform start-up operation from power off/cold state and complete paperwork.
• Conduct Level I preventive maintenance tasks.
• Participate in changeovers and associated documentation.
• Perform work order setups in electronic batch records/systems.
• Pull test samples for QC, remove finished production from machines.
• Maintain 5S standards in assigned areas and ensure proper disposition.
• Engage in Environmental, Health and Safety initiatives.
