Job summary

Wonderful Citrus LLC is seeking a nursery laborer to perform general duties across the nursery and related areas, supporting management in achieving high standards year-round.

Responsibilities include clipping, staking, installing drippers, seed handling, transplanting and tree packing, with emphasis on physical stamina and team collaboration. Onsite facilities are available; competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Ability to work alone with minimal supervision and in group settings.
• Be in good physical condition to do continuous bending, stooping and walking all day.
• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license if operating a company vehicle.
• Ability to read and interpret general instructions and write basic work notes; present information to leads and managers.
• Ability to count and keep track of time.

Overview:

Performs general labor as needed throughout nursery and elsewhere as directed by management. The nursery operator is dedicated to the nursery year-round and is expected to perform at high level and meet the standards set by management.

Qualifications

Here’s what you’ll bring to the table:

• Ability to work alone without close supervision and in group settings with excellent team work attitude.
• Be in good physical condition to do continuous bending, stooping and walking on a day-long basis.
• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a continuous basis. If operating a company vehicle must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read and interpret general instructions from leads and supervisors. Ability to write and keep basic notations of work performed. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from leads and managers
• Ability to count and keep track of time.

Pay Range: $20.21 - $20.62.Final Compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
