Seeking an individual to perform various duties at an aggregate plant facility, including equipment operation, welding, and other plant-related tasks. Must be dedicated, willing to learn, and interested in building a career while maintaining high safety standards. This is an entry-level position, and training will be provided for the right candidate.

• Perform welding and fabrication duties as needed.
• Identify safety hazards and equipment issues, responding appropriately.
• Follow directions carefully.
• Work evenings and weekends as required.
• Adhere strictly to MSHA and OSHA safety guidelines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Experience with large aggregate equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of welding and mechanics preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• MSHA certification is a plus.
