PGA TOUR, Inc invites you to join our TPC Network as an Equipment Operator I in Memphis, TN. This entry-level role focuses on operating golf course machinery, maintaining logs, and keeping the maintenance facility clean, safe, and organized.

You will be trained for all tasks, including line trimming, edge work, bunkers, sod laying, and backhoe operations, while following safety standards and the Maintenance Operations Manual. Benefits include meals, uniforms, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to understand and follow directions and operate golf course machinery.

Responsibilities

• Maintain logs for operation, maintenance, and gas usage of each machine.
• Perform daily tasks to keep maintenance facility clean, organized, and safe.
• Clean machinery after use.
• Inspect all machines and report deficiencies.
• Perform other maintenance duties as directed by supervisors.
• Participate in training for Equipment Operator I tasks.
• Follow Golf Course Maintenance Operations Manual guidelines.
• Perform tasks such as line trimming, edge work, bunkers, divots, sod laying, and equipment operation.
