Job summary

City of Marshfield is seeking a full-time Equipment Operator to join our Street Division. A CDL Class A with tanker endorsement and 2 years' street maintenance experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CDL Class A with tanker endorsement required.
• 2 years' experience in street maintenance or ability to demonstrate necessary tasks of the job.

Responsibilities

• Street construction and maintenance.
• Prepare concrete streets for asphalt overlays, asphalt streets for reconstruction (mill-in-place) and all general street maintenance.
• Concrete removal and replacement.
• Ditching and tile installation.
• Storm and sanitary sewer construction and maintenance.
• Snow and ice control.
• Forestry operations including trimming and removal of trees.
• Pothole patching.
• Emergency response and event setup.
• Building and grounds maintenance.
• Mowing and landscaping.
