Job summary

Yusen Logistics (Americas) is seeking a Material Handler B in the United States to receive, store, recycle, ship, and transport warehoused goods while following safety standards.

You will operate motorized equipment including a forklift, utilize RF scanners to track inventory, perform cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies. A high school diploma or GED is required, with benefits such as medical, 401(k), PTO, and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Sufficient reading comprehension to understand verbal and written information.
• High school diploma or GED; six months related experience preferred.
• Demonstrates trust, integrity, and alignment with core competencies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Operate motorized equipment including forklift and pallet jack.
• Use RF equipment to track products and conduct cycle counts.
• Disassemble/reassemble or repair products and materials as needed.
• Sort, weigh, load, and recycle materials per customer specs.

Receives, stores, recycles, ships, and transports warehoused goods and products by performing the following duties.

Responsibilities

• Willing and able to perform all duties of Material Handler B as required
• Primary Responsibilities (60 % or more time in one or more of the following):
• Operates motorized equipment, including, but not limited to forklift, clamp, (see required certifications), cherry-pickers, motorized pallet jack, etc.
• Utilizes RF (Radio Frequency) equipment to track product
• Disassembles, reassembles, or repairs products, materials or equipment
• Sorts, bales, weighs, loads, and recycles materials based on customer specifications
• conducting daily cycle counts
• researching inventory discrepancies
• Machine Operator l-Cycle counter

• Sufficient formal education to read, comprehend, and act upon verbal and written information. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and/or six months related experience preferred.
