Job summary

Martin Marietta is actively seeking operators for the Dubois Quarry, NE. This role involves operating off road haul trucks and related mining equipment on a day shift from 7:00am to 5:00pm.

Responsibilities include daily vehicle inspections, maintaining equipment, and supporting plant maintenance. A high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of similar experience are required; bilingual abilities and a valid US driver’s license are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma, GED or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 1 year previous experience in a role with similar responsibilities.
• Bi-Lingual is a plus.
• Valid US Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of off road haul trucks and other mining equipment (scalers, loaders, skid loaders, etc.).
• Perform daily inspection of vehicle and work area as assigned.
• Observe visual and auditory signals during vehicle operation.
• Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment; clean equipment.
• Assist on plant maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Other mining related duties as required

Martin Marietta is currently looking for energized individuals to join our team at Dubois Quarry, NE. This position would be responsible for operating a variety of mining equipment, including scalers, haul trucks, loaders and water trucks. This is a day shift position with the hours of operations from 7:00am-5:00 pm
