Job summary

Alexander & Bebout is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to join our construction team in the Ohio region. You will operate dozers, excavators, and skid steers, following project manager directions to maintain safety and quality on site.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and is willing to travel up to 100 miles from the home office. A valid CDL/driver's license and reliable transportation are required to join a fast-paced, safety-conscious crew.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. A heavy equipment operator is responsible for a variety of tasks on a project, including but not limited to site utilities, pour concrete, shooting grade, equipment operations, i.e. dozer, excavator & skid steer. A heavy equipment operator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects, maintaining high standards of safety, quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for completing tasks on a construction site according to the instructions given by the project managers and superintendents
• Ability to cross-function and work in construction other areas within the job site as/when needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
