Job summary

Triumvirate Environmental is seeking an Equipment Operator and CDL Driver for our Bakersfield, CA team. You will safely transport hazardous and non-hazardous materials, operate Class A commercial vehicles, and maintain accurate digital logs in compliance with DOT regulations.

In this role you will perform heavy equipment operation, site prep, waste handling, and environmental remediation tasks while supporting emergency spill response.

Qualifications

• Must adhere to safety and environmental regulations.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are required.
• Able to lift 60 pounds and perform physical labor.

Responsibilities

• Operate all types of heavy equipment in a safe, efficient manner.
• Safely drive commercial vehicles, including tankers and box trucks, per regulations.
• Perform excavation, site prep, and waste handling tasks.
• Read blueprints and assist with environmental remediation projects.
• Load/unload containers and support emergency spill response activities.
• Maintain logs and comply with OSHA, DOT, and EPA/RCRA rules.
