Job summary

Triumvirate Environmental is seeking an Equipment Operator and CDL Driver for our Bakersfield, CA team. You will transport hazardous and non-hazardous materials and operate Class A vehicles, while performing field tasks in environmental remediation and waste handling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License.
• Strong safety and environmental compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment and attachments safely and efficiently.
• Safely operate and drive Class A commercial vehicles per regulations.
• Perform excavation, grading, site prep, and other construction tasks.
• Read blueprints, establish elevations, and install piping as needed.
• Handle hazardous and non-hazardous waste during transport.
• Load/unload drums and containers; perform physical labor as required.
• Travel locally and regionally with occasional overnight stays.
• Assist with emergency spill response and on-call duties.
