Job Responsibilities

1. Operating Front-End Loaders: Safely and efficiently using the loader to move materials on job sites, loading and unloading trucks, and preparing materials for processing.
2. Inspecting and Maintaining Equipment: Performing regular checks to ensure the loader is in good working order, identifying potential problems, and reporting them.
3. Following Safety Protocols: Adhering to all safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe work environment for oneself and others.
4. Communicating and Collaborating: Working with supervisors and crew members to coordinate operations and ensure project completion.
5. Documentation: Keeping records of daily activities, including inspections, maintenance, and incidents.
6. Training: Responsible for training new operators in some cases.
