Job summary

DCS Asset Maintenance (DCSAM) is seeking a motivated Equipment Operator to support field operations across projects. The role entails loading and unloading equipment, operating skid steers and mini-excavators, and driving company vehicles, all while prioritizing safety and quality work.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of heavy equipment experience, a valid driver’s license with a clean driving history, and is willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Valid driver's license with 5 years of clean driving history; Class A CDL preferred.
• Ability to lift 50–60 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather.
• At least 1 year of heavy equipment experience.

Responsibilities

• Loads and unloads equipment.
• Operate heavy equipment (Skid Steer with ditch bucket and Mini-Excavator).
• Identify vegetation for removal.
• Drive company vehicles and use all equipment safely.

Job Description

DCS Asset Maintenance (DCSAM) is seeking a highly motivated Equipment Operator with a great attitude and strong ethics. This position is responsible for performing the day-to-day job functions that support all field operations.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

• Loads and unloads equipment.
• Operate heavy equipment. (Skid Steer w/Ditch Bucket and Mini-Excavator)
• Identify vegetation for removal.
• Drives company vehicles.
• Uses all equipment safely.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Experience:

• 18+ years of age or older.
