Job summary

DCS Asset Maintenance (DCSAM) is seeking a dependable Equipment Operator in Hartwood, VA to support field operations and equipment maintenance. The role involves loading and unloading gear, operating a skid steer and mini-excavator, and safely performing daily tasks in outdoor settings.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of heavy equipment experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift 50–60 pounds. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be 18+ and have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record (5 years).
• Class A CDL preferred.
• Ability to lift 50–60 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather.
• Minimum 1 year of heavy equipment operation experience.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload equipment.

Job Description

DCS Asset Maintenance (DCSAM) is seeking a highly motivated Equipment Operator with a great attitude and strong ethics. This position is responsible for performing the day-to-day job functions that support all field operations.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

• Loads and unloads equipment.
• Operate heavy equipment. (Skid Steer w/Ditch Bucket and Mini-Excavator)
• Identify vegetation for removal.
• Drives company vehicles.
• Uses all equipment safely.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Experience:
