The Bartley Corporation has an immediate opening for an experienced backhoe operator and/or excavation operator (heavy equipment). The selected candidate will work within Bartley's residential excavation department or commercial concrete division depending on their skill set.

Required Skills:

1. Experience operating a backhoe and digging for concrete footings.
2. Ability to dig foundations, operate a skid loader, mini excavator, track hoe, and track loader.
3. Read construction plans and accurately operate a laser.
4. Class B or Class A driver's license is a plus.
5. Knowledge or experience with concrete footings/walls is also a plus.
