Job Description

We offer comprehensive Grounds Care services for both summer and winter seasons for HOAs/Apartments/Commercial Properties, including Landscaping, Irrigation, Lawn Applications, as well as deck building, maintenance, remodeling, siding, and roofing.

Compensation: $30 - $38/hr, hourly, depending on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities:

• The Equipment Operator will be a highly skilled professional with a working knowledge of equipment and their attachments, such as but not limited to: Skid steers, tractors, tillers, mechanical rakes, and sod cutters.
• Operate equipment meticulously with a high level of awareness. This role may also involve manual labor tasks like raking and sodding. The position is based in Minneapolis.
• We are seeking TRUE operators, not just equipment drivers.

Qualifications:

• Punctuality and attendance are critical.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Operate equipment while sitting or standing for up to 8+ hours.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
