Position Summary: Operate applicable heavy equipment on construction sites.

Job Duties:

1. Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
2. Inspect equipment regularly to ensure proper functioning.
3. Ensure safety protocols are followed throughout the construction process.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate in English or Spanish, verbally and in writing.
• Ability to move throughout the construction site, including climbing ladders and inclines, operating heavy equipment, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Perform strenuous physical activities outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Manual dexterity to handle items and work with fingers, perceiving attributes of objects and materials.
• Minimum of three years of similar experience.
• Required certifications to operate heavy equipment.
