Job summary

Visit Baker is seeking qualified, safety-minded individuals to operate heavy equipment at the crushing plant, plus perform other plant duties such as shoveling and routine maintenance. Equipment operated includes skid steer, CAT 769D haul truck, and water truck.

Experience in heavy equipment is a plus but not required; you must pass a background check and drug test. This is a full-time role with 40+ hours, pay $18.00–$23.00 per hour, with potential overtime up to 60 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Experience in heavy equipment operation is a plus but NOT required.
• You MUST pass a background check and drug test; ongoing random testing may occur.
• Willing to train the right person.
• No formal education required for this role.

Job Summary

Employer seeking qualified, safety-minded individuals to operate heavy equipment at the crushing plant, plus perform other miscellaneous plant-related duties such as shoveling, and maintenance of equipment. Equipment Operated will be Skid Steer, CAT 769D Haul Truck and Water Truck. Rate of pay will be based on experience.

Experience in heavy equipment operation is a plus but NOT required. You MUST able to pass a background check and drug test. We also do random drug testing.

This is 40+ hour work week, Monday through Friday. At this time with up to 60 hours a week.

Willing to train the right person. We are a close group of employees, care about safety and watching out for each other. We are a drug/alcohol-free work environment through the use of mandatory pre-employment drug testing and ongoing random drug testing as per all applicable laws.
