Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and experienced people to operate mining equipment in the extraction of soil materials. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, wheel loaders, skid steer, and haul trucks to support mining operations. You will play a vital role in ensuring the continuous flow of material, handling of materials, maintaining equipment, and adhering to safety and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy mining equipment, including excavators, bulldozers, skid steers, wheel loaders, dump trucks, and other machinery used in soil extraction and transport.

• Ensure proper loading and unloading of materials from mining sites to designated locations.

• Maintain and inspect equipment regularly to ensure it is in safe working order.

• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.

• Monitor worksite conditions, including soil quality and environmental compliance.

• Perform minor maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment when necessary.

• Assist with site preparation and cleanup tasks as required.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely project completion.

• Keep detailed records of equipment usage and maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience operating mining or heavy construction equipment.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; certification in heavy equipment operation is a plus.

• Strong knowledge of mining operations, safety practices, and equipment maintenance.

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and communicate effectively.

• Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy loads and perform manual labor.
