WHITTENDALE EXCAVATING CORP in Mount Laurel, NJ is seeking an Equipment Operator to join our field team. You will operate heavy machinery on excavation projects, contribute to site preparation, and help ensure safety and efficiency on active sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications a plus.
• Proven experience operating heavy equipment in construction or excavation.
• Strong safety knowledge and practices in construction.
• Ability to read blueprints and site plans.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to work in varying weather.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
