Job summary

Martin Marietta is seeking an entry‑level Equipment Operator for our manufacturing environment in Texas. You will operate and monitor production equipment, following established procedures and safety guidelines.

Under supervision, you will troubleshoot issues, adjust settings to maximize output, and support broader team tasks as needed. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of related experience, with a mechanical aptitude and knowledge of OSHA/MSHA

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1+ year related experience.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
• Knowledge of OSHA and MSHA regulations.
• Strong time management.
