A leading company in Fort Worth is seeking an Equipment Operator to manage the movement of materials and ensure safety protocols are followed. The role involves operating forklifts and other equipment to transport items, maintaining inventory records, and supporting the Sanitation and Maintenance departments. Candidates should have the ability to lift moderate weights and be familiar with safety regulations. This full-time position requires onsite work, providing a stable work environment with flexible schedules and competitive pay.
Basic Qualifications
Ability to operate Fork Lifts, pallet jacks, stock pickers, tractors, power sweepers/scrubbers, tugs, scooters, golf carts and necessary equipment to secure loads.
Experience with Microsoft Office - Outlook.

Job Description
Determines the use of proper equipment and method of loading, lifting, positioning, unloading
and/or moving various items within the capacity of the equipment,
Operates fork lifts and tugs to move, lift, transport and position items not limited to skids, crates
and crated material, raw stock, pallets, salvage and scrap material; completed large assemblies and
other equipment, not limited to machine tools, machinery, jigs and fixtures; loads and unloads,
trucks and other transportation equipment; and moves large assemblies and parts from one location
to another during process of fabrication or assembly. Guides others and adheres to ESH safety
protocols in the loading and securing of material and equipment.
Procures, receives, inventories, stocks, issues and delivers custodial and maintenance supplies,
chemicals, landscaping equipment and specialized personal protective equipment for the
Sanitation and Maintenance departments. Verifies that materials being stocked match proper item
number, description and quantity. Updates inventory records through automated maintenance management system.
Equips and positions 4 and 8 pack scooters for factory tours, as required.
Transports, empties and replaces Lockheed Martin Proprietary Information (LMPI) containers
Must be able to lift 25-50 lbs.
Desired skills
Must be able to obtain licenses and certifications as required by the Company to operate equipment
required for the job.
Understands practices, procedures, training and plant safety regulations for movement of items
throughout the Factory. Able to follow written and/or verbal instructions.

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
