Silver Creek Materials in Fort Worth, TX is hiring an Equipment Operator/Customer Service Representative. In this full-time role, you will safely operate loaders and assist customers with product selection, processing sales, and loading materials such as mulch, soil, and aggregates.

You will work Monday to Friday, with additional Saturday shifts; candidates should be safety-minded, dependable, and comfortable outdoors. Bilingual skills are a plus, and a valid driver's license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous equipment operating experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work as needed.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and safety-focused.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:30am-5:00pm

Saturday: 7:00am-1:00pm

Saturday: 7:00am-3:00pm (Seasonal)

About the role:

The Equipment Operator/Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing outstanding customer service while safely operating equipment to support daily retail sales operations. This position assists customers with product selection, processes sales transactions, loads materials such as compost, mulch, soil, rock, and aggregates, and ensures a safe and welcoming environment for all customers. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-oriented, and enjoys working both outdoors and with the public.
