Responsibilities:

1. Lead crews to meet project timelines
2. Assist in training crew members
3. Read and understand blueprints
4. Ensure safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations are followed
5. Assist Supervisor with daily activities
6. Communicate with property owners and resolve issues
7. Operate heavy equipment and machinery safely
8. Perform work in all weather conditions
9. Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license (Class A CDL preferred)
• High School Diploma, GED, or relevant experience
• At least three years of related work experience
• Physical ability to work in remote/confined spaces, operate machinery, lift over 55 pounds, etc.
