3B Construction is seeking an Equipment Operator to safely operate heavy machinery on various Texas construction sites. You will handle excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and graders, following project plans and safety procedures to meet deadlines.

The role requires strong hand-eye coordination, adherence to PPE guidelines, and clear communication with the crew and supervisors to ensure efficient progress and a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating a variety of heavy construction equipment.
• Experience with excavators, bulldozers, loaders and graders.
• Ability to work in physically demanding conditions and comply with safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates heavy equipment according to site requirements and safety procedures.
