We are actively seeking an Equipment Operator at Hydroline, a Synergen company, for the Haynesville District. The Equipment Operator's main focus will be to operate Compact Tracked Loaders (CTLs), commonly referred to as skid steers. Duties will fluctuate between rig up, rig down, and yard projects based on business and district needs. The operator will be responsible for understanding and adhering to company standards and expectations, with a focus on Quality & Safety in all matters.

Essential Functions
  1. Operate CTL to deploy lay flat hose, place road crossings and manifolds as needed.
  2. Properly inspect and maintain equipment, including daily greasing, monitoring fuel levels, noting damages, and ensuring proper service intervals.
  3. Attend and participate in rig up and rig down meetings, understanding and communicating the plan effectively to teammates.
  4. Communicate constantly with the Foreman regarding progress, changes, and project needs.
  5. Ensure compliance with company policies and standards, including JSAs, equipment inspections, and checklists.
  6. Execute work to high standards, meeting customer expectations safely and compliantly.
Minimum Qualifications
  • At least one year of experience in Water Transfer.
  • Valid Driver's License allowing driving vehicles with GVWR of 10,001 pounds or more.
  • Knowledge of machinery and tools, including design, use, repair, and maintenance.
  • Current safety certifications: PEC, H2S, Forklift, First Aid/CPR.
  • Excellent communication skills for safe and efficient task completion.
  • Ability to lead by example, motivate, teach, and mentor team members.
  • Maintain organized, clean, and presentable equipment and work environment.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
  • Use hands or fingers to handle objects, tools, or controls.
  • Stand, walk, sit, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • Lift and move up to 50 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities include close, distance, peripheral vision, and focus adjustment.
  • Work environment includes outdoor elements with moderate to high noise levels.
