What You’ll Do:
- Operate Heavy Machinery: Safely and efficiently operate loaders, dump trucks, backhoes, graders, and other equipment as needed.
- Ensure Equipment Performance: Perform daily inspections, clean, lubricate, and maintain machinery to ensure it’s always in peak condition.
- Site Management: Maintain clean and organized jobsites while securely storing and transporting equipment.
- Safety First: Follow strict safety procedures, adhere to federal and state guidelines, and use required PPE at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with site supervisors and team members to execute projects efficiently and safely.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience & Certification:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience operating heavy equipment.
- Valid Driver’s License or Commercial Driver's License(CDL).
- Ability to obtain HAZWOPER 40 certification.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious.
- Requirements:
- Clean motor vehicle driving record consistent with company and insurance standards.
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug test.
- Physical fitness to lift a minimum of 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Willingness to travel to remote job sites and work extended hours as needed.
