About The Position

We are seeking a motivated production equipment operator. Responsibilities include executing safety standards, achieving daily productivity goals, meeting quality requirements, performing routine maintenance, and assisting with non-routine maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety methods and report unsafe conditions.
• Safely move steel using equipment and manual labor.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds, work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Apply proper bundling techniques.
• Configure loads and maximize trailer capacity safely.
• Operate tools and equipment safely and report safety issues.
• Maintain awareness of surroundings and other workers.
• Attend company meetings and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to read work orders and follow instructions.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards safely.

• Understand inventory control and communication protocols.
